Caroline’s Cookery - Hello, I’m Caroline Byrne a Leiths trained Chef running Cooking Classes online and in Pinner.
In 2013 I resigned from my Finance job, to pursue my love of cooking. I’ve never looked back.
I enrolled at Leiths School of Food and Wine for an intense 10 weeks. As a result, I gained all the skills I needed to set up my food business. At the end of 2015, I went back to Leith’s for their amazing Nutrition in Practice Course. I worked with nutritionists and chefs to learn the theory behind healthy eating and create nutritious food.
After the NIP course, I concentrated a lot more on the fruit and veg aisles in the supermarket. Over the next two years, we found we liked to eat more and more vegetarian food until that was all we ate. My girls have taken things a step further. They have become vegan. So, now I concentrate even more on plant-based food.
I run a variety of Cooking Classes to help teenagers and grownups cook quick, healthy, delicious vegetarian meals. Nothing makes me happier than inspiring more people to cook from scratch and enjoy superfood at home.

Health and Happiness
These days my focus is very much on Wellbeing. I am collaborating with practitioners in the South West Herts People’s Health Service to promote Health and Happiness.
