Fully qualified & experienced (REPS) Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer

I am an experienced Advanced Personal Trainer with extra qualifications in boxing, running, group training (circuits-boot camps), kettlebell instruction, medicine ball, nutrition and core.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 11 years, and I have trained many people with different fitness goals with excellent results. Physical exercise makes you feel healthier, gives you more energy and reduces stress levels, which makes life easier and better.

As a Freelance Advanced Personal Trainer, and I go to peoples houses and train them at home, in the garden or at a local park, where ever they feel comfortable. I train people for many different reasons including; to lose weight, to improve their fitness and health, to make them feel more confident for a special occasion, for a sports event, or after an injury.

I train and help people to run, and I've trained many for half marathons, full marathons and Parkruns. For groups, I offer a fitness Bootcamp and also a running training class. I have a running technique coaching certificate so I can teach you to run correctly to prevent injuries.

I will travel all around the Peterborough area plus Stamford, Deeping, Oundle, Spalding, Wisbech, March, Huntingdon approximately 20 miles from Peterborough.

Your Training Sessions

Your first session will be a free 1-hour consultation.
I will give you a Health assessment & fitness tests & re-check you every 4-5 weeks.

My training sessions are fun, so you will never be bored. All sessions last 45-60 mins & you will get a workout for what you want to achieve.
I bring exercise equipment for you.
I can train you at your home or local park etc.

I am an experienced Runner, and I am well known in the local running community. I trained and ran with a lady on her first half marathon and Folksworth 15, trained a group for there first half marathon and trained a lady for her 1st full marathon.
