Bringing the Cambridgeshire Business Community Together

Sara HempDigital Warrior & Brand Alchemist
Sara Hemp is a design consultant and the founder of Creative Remedy, a digital agency specialising in branding, web design, digital marketing, and graphic design services. With over 20 years in the industry, Sara brings expertise across multiple digital and creative areas, including brand development, website creation, and social media strategies. Known for her accessible approach to technology and marketing, Sara helps businesses, especially those with less tech experience, by breaking down complex concepts and guiding them through digital transformations and branding processes.
Sara’s reputation among clients highlights her ability to simplify tech challenges, making her a go-to expert for web and social media projects. Beyond her professional role, Sara is a martial arts enthusiast, occasionally teaching and working toward her fourth-degree black belt. She has a Velcro Weimaraner called Willow, yoga is very much a part of her life as are camping holidays with her family and motorcycling. |

Julie MarshWorkplace Peace Keeper & Head of SensiblenessWith over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Julie began her career as an Administrator and progressed to become Head of HR UK within a corporate IT company. In 2022, she launched her own HR and Coaching Consultancy, Apiary Solutions, with a mission to empower businesses through tailored people solutions. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an Accredited Coach, she supports organisations with everything from HR strategy and development to coaching and people analytics.
Passionate about making a difference in her community, she volunteers as a Trustee for Peterborough Rape Crisis and serves as an Enterprise Advisor, guiding school children in their future career paths. Her commitment to local impact was recognised in 2024 when Apiary was awarded Best New Small Business at the Peterborough Excellence Awards. Based in Peterborough, where she has spent most of her life, she is known for her two lively French Bulldogs Nola and Gizmo and her role as an emergency foster carer for the breed. |
